Are instruments inspected before being shipped?
Yes, every instrument undergoes a rigorous quality control check by our expert luthiers and technicians to ensure it is perfectly set up and ready to play the moment it arrives.
What is your return policy for musical equipment?
We offer a 14-day return window for most items. Products must be returned in their original packaging and pristine condition. Please note that certain items like reeds, mouthpieces, and software are excluded for hygiene and licensing reasons.
Do you provide a warranty on your products?
All new products come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Paul Beuscher also provides additional technical support and repair services through our dedicated in-store workshop.
